Step 1: Add the websites you manage
Add the sites you want MonitoraWeb to monitor. Paid plans run scheduled checks every 60 seconds.
Depending on what you need to monitor, you can also configure HTTPS endpoint checks with request methods, headers, and expected response codes.
Step 2: MonitoraWeb confirms an outage
A single failed request isn't automatically treated as confirmed downtime.
MonitoraWeb checks from one monitoring location and confirms an outage after three consecutive failures, with retries at 10-second intervals.
This helps filter transient failures. It doesn't provide independent confirmation from multiple regions or guarantee that every false positive will be eliminated.
Step 3: WhatsApp notifications follow a defined delay
WhatsApp messages are not sent after the first failed check or immediately when an outage is confirmed.
MonitoraWeb sends a WhatsApp downtime notification when the outage reaches 15 minutes. If the server is entirely unresponsive, the threshold is 30 minutes.
Downtime notifications are grouped, with no more than two WhatsApp downtime messages per day.
Step 4: Review the issue in your dashboard
Use the MonitoraWeb dashboard to check the status of your monitored websites and decide what needs attention.
If you manage client websites, this information can support your troubleshooting workflow and help you communicate about an incident.
