Understand what's included
Checks and confirmed incidents are different
A 60-second interval describes how often a paid monitor checks. MonitoraWeb checks from one location and confirms an outage after three consecutive failures, repeating each failure after ten seconds. Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, and webhooks get the alert once it is confirmed; WhatsApp, email, SMS, and voice calls after 15 minutes of downtime (30 if the server does not respond). It doesn't guarantee an alert within one minute.
Collaboration doesn't require per-seat pricing
Add team members with roles without paying for each seat. Paid plans also include access to REST API and MCP capabilities for teams that want to connect their workflows. The monthly report (web, PDF, Excel, and an advanced PDF per site) is for paid plans only.
