What we keep, why, who we share it with and how to ask us to delete it.

1. Who processes your data
The controller is Monstruo Creativo S.A.C., RUC 20609563258, Av. Javier Prado Este 560, San Isidro, Lima, Peru. Processing is governed by Peru's Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
2. What we collect
- Account: name, email and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- What you monitor: site addresses, domains, servers and ports, with each check's settings.
- Alert destinations: email, WhatsApp number, Slack or Telegram channel, your webhook URL.
- Status pages: name, logo, colours and subscriber emails.
- Generated data: check results, incidents, domain technical data, access logs (IP, browser, time).
- Payments: amount, date, plan and transaction id. We never store card details.
3. Why we use it
To run the service, to charge paid plans, to answer you, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we never publish which sites you monitor.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers we need: PayPal (payments), an email provider, a messaging provider for WhatsApp alerts, Cloudflare (anti-bot checks) and our server provider. Some are outside Peru, so cross-border transfers may occur; we choose providers with adequate safeguards. We also disclose data when a law or court order requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and settings: while the account exists.
- Check history and incidents: while useful for your reports and status pages.
- Public reports without an account: deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Access logs: a short period, as needed for security.
- Billing data: as required by tax and accounting rules.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection at any time, free of charge, through our contact form. We answer within the periods set by Law 29733. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
7. Status page subscribers
Subscribers confirm by email before receiving anything, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and the page owner can remove them at any time.
8. Cookies
Only the essentials: session, preferences (language and light or dark mode) and the technical anti-bot cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, the panel supports two-step verification and administrative access is logged. No system is infallible: if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
10. Minors
The service is aimed at businesses and professionals and is not intended for minors.
11. Changes
Significant changes will be announced in the service or by email before taking effect.
