1. Who we are

MonitoraWeb is a service of Monstruo Creativo S.A.C., a company incorporated in Peru, tax ID (RUC) 20609563258, address Av. Javier Prado Este 560, San Isidro, Lima.

2. What the service does

MonitoraWeb periodically checks the sites, servers, domains and jobs you register, and alerts you when it detects a failure or an upcoming expiry. It also lets you publish status pages and generate reports.

The service observes: it does not repair or administer your systems, and it does not replace your hosting provider or your technical team.

3. Your account

• You must be of legal age or authorised to contract on behalf of an organisation.
• Your details must be accurate and current; alerts are sent to them.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. We recommend enabling two-step verification.
• If you share the account with your team, you answer for the people you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You may monitor sites and services you own or have been asked to monitor. You may not use MonitoraWeb to generate load against third-party systems without consent, as an attack tool, to access information that is not yours, to publish unlawful or misleading content on status pages, or to resell the service without a prior written agreement.

5. Plans, prices and payments

• There is a free plan with a limited number of sites. It does not expire and needs no card.
• Paid plans are charged in advance, in US dollars, through PayPal.
• We never store your card details; PayPal processes them.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, applied at your next renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

No lock-in: cancel any time from your account and you will not be charged again. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid. If something did not work as promised and you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund it.

7. Availability

We work to keep MonitoraWeb available, but it is an internet service and may be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures or causes beyond us. The free plan is offered as is, with no availability commitment.

8. Limitation of liability

MonitoraWeb is an alerting tool. We are not liable for losses caused by your site going down, nor for an alert that did not arrive, arrived late or arrived wrongly. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Your content and data

What you register remains yours. You authorise us to use it only to provide the service. Personal data processing is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Suspension and closure

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend it for non-payment, prohibited use or risk to the service or third parties, giving prior notice except in serious cases.

11. Changes

We may update this document, announcing significant changes at least 30 days in advance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, with the courts of Lima having jurisdiction, unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
