Paid plans check every 60 seconds, but a confirmed incident requires repeated failed checks. Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, and webhooks get the alert once the outage is confirmed; WhatsApp, email, SMS, and voice calls wait until the site has been down for 15 minutes (30 if the server does not respond at all). The check interval isn't a guaranteed alert delivery time.
Yes, on paid plans. The WhatsApp integration uses Meta's official API and alerts are sent from our official number, so you don't connect your own. Pro alerts one WhatsApp number, and Agency alerts two. SMS and voice calls (calls for outages only) go out through your own Twilio account, which you connect in Integrations and pay Twilio for directly.
MonitoraWeb supports team roles without per-user charges. Paid plans also provide REST API and MCP access for integrations.
