A single failed request can be temporary. MonitoraWeb checks from one location and confirms downtime after three consecutive failures, retrying each failure after ten seconds. Paid plans run checks every 60 seconds, but confirmation adds time, and WhatsApp and email wait until a site has been down for 15 minutes (30 if the server does not respond). No one-minute delivery guarantee or multi-region verification is implied.
