Questions
Does Pingdom alert on WhatsApp?
Not native (via Zapier or another bridge). In MonitoraWeb it is included in paid plans and goes out from our official WhatsApp Business number, through Meta's API.
What does Pingdom do better than MonitoraWeb?
It confirms each outage with a second opinion from another server; it has more than 100. Multi-step transactions and real user monitoring (RUM). Unlimited users on every plan. Email and PDF reports.
Where does MonitoraWeb check from?
From a single point: our server. That is why each failure is retried after 10 seconds and an outage only counts after three failures in a row. We would rather say so than promise a network of servers we do not have.
