How long do you take to answer?
We read messages during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT-5). Outside that window we answer the next business day.
Can I get an invoice with a tax ID?
Yes. We issue electronic invoices from Monstruo Creativo S.A.C., tax ID 20609563258. Send us your billing details when you subscribe.
Do you support English?
Yes. The site and the dashboard are in Spanish and English, and we answer in both. Support hours are the same (GMT-5).
Can you help me migrate from another tool?
Yes. If your sites are monitored somewhere else, write to us and we will help you move monitors and status pages without leaving anything unwatched.
Can I try it without paying?
Yes. There is a free plan with 10 sites and it asks for no card. If you need more, the paid plans are on the pricing page.
