SSL certificate check

Is the certificate valid, who issued it, when does it expire and which TLS versions does the server accept.

Example: tusitio.pe or https://www.tusitio.pe. Takes a few seconds.

What we check

  • Validity and days left
  • Issuer and covered names
  • Negotiated TLS version and cipher
  • Weak or outdated protocols

Frequently asked questions

The browser says "not secure". What do I do?

Usually the certificate expired or does not cover the exact name being visited (for example www vs the bare domain). The result above tells you which one it is.

How long does a Let's Encrypt certificate last?

90 days. Hosting panels renew it automatically; when the renewal fails, the site breaks about three months after the last success.

Do I need to pay for a certificate?

No. Free certificates are as secure as paid ones. Paid certificates only add validation of the company name.
